Mission Statement

Provides skill enhancing and performance opportunities for area wind and orchestral string instrumentalists and presents quality musical listening experiences to the community.  

  

Invitation to Musicians

Membership in Effingham Community Orchestra is open to adult and youth musicians playing on a high school or above level.  Instruments included are woodwinds, brass and orchestral strings.
